This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through stejh.com. We currently deliver locally within Basildon, Essex (UK), and this policy applies only to orders within that service area.
- Change-of-Mind Returns
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if they wish to return an item.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
- Opened or used liquid products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Return postage for change-of-mind is your responsibility, unless you use our local drop-off option.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
- We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
- For faulty/incorrect items, we cover the return/collection cost.

- Items with broken tamper seals or missing packaging
- Returns made more than 7 days after delivery

Exchanges are possible if stock is available. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly. - Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing times may vary. - How to Start a Return
- Local Drop-Off (Basildon, Essex): Email us to book a slot. Bring the item in original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Mail Returns: Email us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA). Pack securely and use tracked shipping. For faulty/incorrect items, we provide a prepaid label.
