1. Change-of-Mind Returns

• Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if they wish to return an item.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging.
• Opened or used liquid products cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Return postage for change-of-mind is your responsibility, unless you use our local drop-off option.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
• We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
• For faulty/incorrect items, we cover the return/collection cost.

3. Items We Cannot Accept (unless faulty)

• Opened or used bottles of liquid chalk
• Items with broken tamper seals or missing packaging
• Returns made more than 7 days after delivery
• Gift cards (if offered)

4. Exchanges

8. Subscriptions & Bundles

• Subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing date.
